What’s it Mean to be Momnipotent?

I started this for women who workout. Becoming pregnant doesn’t mean you don’t have to do anything else but yoga. Don’t get me wrong, yoga is great but you don’t have to do just that. I believe that moms are super women! They have to deal with an immense amount of new tasks and strain on their bodies while being on no sleep and taking care of a newborn. That’s how I came up with Momnipotent Fitness. With Momnipotent Fitness my goal is to get you ready for the Olympics of your life: Giving birth, and to prepare you for your new activities of daily life while preventing pregnancy induced pain and injuries. .
Postnatal women: Momnipotent Fitness fights against social pressure to ‘get you back to your body’ but instead I want you to feel great, empowered and strong, ready to take on your new Mom’s role. Let’s do this together strong Mamas! .
There are a lot of myths regarding training during pregnancy and one of them is ‘Do not lift weights’. Well, you are about to give birth and so you are about to lift weight every day in many different situations while holding your little one. I am here to get you ready and strong for the most amazing part of your life being a Mom. ..a weightlifting marathon!
